Fitmanager always automatically registers customer details so you never lose information about (potential) customers.
How it works:
There are different ways for your customers to enter the system.
- When someone purchases a product, or signs up for a free trial session their details are automatically saved in Fitmanager and this customer is allocated a personal account.
- You can also invite people to the system. Enter their name and email address in the system and an account will be created for them.
- You can also register new customers via the intake form that Fitmanager automatically sets up for you. The link to this form can also be posted on your website.
Your (new) customers will always receive an invitation to confirm their account, at which point they receive access to the member area of Fitmanager. Once they access this area they can complete the remaining personal data entry, sign up for sessions, use the app and also receive newsletters and notifications.
