Fitmanager allows your (new) members to sign up themselves using your sign up form. This way, you don't have to worry about getting or saving their information.
Your (new) customers will always receive an invitation to confirm their account, at which point they receive access to the member area of Fitmanager. Once they access this area they can complete the remaining personal data entry, sign up for sessions, use the app and also receive newsletters and notifications.
Using the sign up form
You can let your members sign up themselves by using the sign up form. You can find this in Settings > Widgets & Links > Links to sign up, log in and trial > Sign up. Using this form allows them to join your club in Fitmanager, giving them access to your shop, calendar, and all other member functions. They will still need to purchase a membership or credits to join activities.
Inviting (new) members
By going to Clients > + Add Client you can fill in the information for your (new) member. This will send them an email with which they can confirm their account and join your club in Fitmanager.
Purchasing a product in your shop
Potential new members can also use your Fitmanager order forms or your Fitmanager widget on your own website to purchase a product in your shop. This can be a membership, credits, or a different product. If they want to buy a product in your shop, they need to fill in their personal data. With this data, a new member account is set up and they receive an email to confirm their account.
