Fitmanager has an integrated payment solution. Fitmanager creates an invoice for each paid product, and also sets up an ‘online payment’, that can be paid immediately with Direct Debit or later via SEPA transfer. We work with Pay.nl to process payments.
How it works:
When a customer purchases a subscription, credit package or another product, Fitmanager creates an invoice and a payment order. Depending on the product ordered, the payment can be made via Direct Debit, SEPA transfer or other online payment options.
When an administrator creates a subscription for a member, Fitmanager sets up the corresponding payment. Fitmanager also sets up the required payments for subscriptions or credit packages that are paid each translatemonth or are automatically renewed. The amount and payment method depends on the settings of the subscription or credit package.
All payments are forwarded to your payment account at Pay.nl. Payments are made via Pay.nl and direct debits are also processed meaning your revenue arrives via this account. All bank updates are implemented by Pay.nl and messages such as payment receipt or error messages are received by customers. This integration with Pay.nl enables Fitmanager to display the up-to-date status of all payments at any time.
Received payments arrive via your Pay.nl account. On a weekly basis (monthly upon request) the total due amount will be transferred to your business account.
Payment account at pay.nl
You'll receive an email from pay.nl with your login details to confirm your payment account. This account is merged with Fitmanager and is active from the moment that you receive the email. You'll now be able to receive payments. Once logged in you need to upload the required documents.
To be able to use pay.nl, you need a business account. Read this (Dutch) article to find out why this is necessary: https://www.pay.nl/blog/waarom-altijd-een-zakelijke-bankrekening. Also check out this (Dutch) video about the subject.
